DESCRIPTION:Join us at Rolling with Confidence 2024!\n“Rolling with Confidence” at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan is more than just an event. It’s a celebration of empowerment and a testament to the resilience of wheelchair users. Set to take place on Saturday\, October 5\, 2024\, from 10 am to 4 pm\, this free event is designed to enhance your quality of life. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy various activities\, from adapted Tai Chi and yoga to CrossFit and at-home workouts\, from adapted archery to relaxing massage services. Plus\, there will be wheelchair cleaning and repairs\, and a chance to win some exciting raffle prizes. Experienced mobility consultants will also be on site to answer questions about wheelchair accessible vehicles and driving with adaptive equipment. \nThe event is proudly sponsored by the RIM Foundation and organized in partnership with the United Spinal Association Southern Michigan Chapter. To secure your spot and guarantee a free t-shirt\, we encourage you to register early by submitting your completed registration form. The deadline for the free t-shirt is September 5.
