Yes, we recommend that you have a scheduled appointment. You can schedule an appointment online or by call your nearest Creative Mobility Group location.
Can I wait for my vehicle while it is being serviced or repaired?
Yes, if you are not able to drop off your vehicle, we welcome you to be our guest in our comfortable waiting areas. You can enjoy drinks, snacks, and TV while you wait. Have work to do? Feel free to connect to our Wi-Fi and use our conference room as your workstation! For lengthy repairs, we can drop you off at a local restaurant or mall.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, all CMG technicians are NMEDA certified. This credential ensures that each technician has the knowledge, skills, and ability to service your equipment.
What other services do you offer?

Absolutely! Ask your service advisor about extended service contract options available for your vehicle. Or you can request a quote online.
How frequently should I schedule preventative maintenance?
Preventative maintenance check-ups should be scheduled every six months. Properly maintaining your vehicle plays a crucial part in the continued trouble-free operation of your adaptive equipment and helps to avoid costly repairs in the future.

Do you service commercial vehicles?
Yes, the Creative Mobility Group provides maintenance and repair services to commercial customers with ambulettes, paratransit buses, transport vans, and other wheelchair accessible vehicle equipped with BraunAbility, Ricon, VMI, and Maxon wheelchair lifts.
