Mary Free Bed Prosthetics Limb Loss Awareness 5K – 2025

Join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025, for the Mary Free Bed Prosthetics Limb Loss Awareness 5K at Veterans Memorial Park in Kentwood, MI! This family-friendly event raises awareness about limb loss, fosters community support, and generates funds for Kentwood Parks and Recreation’s Adaptive Recreation Programs, which provide opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities.
Event Schedule:
- 9:00 AM: Packet Pickup
- 9:45 AM: “Show Your Mettle” Photo
- 10:00 AM: 5K Race Start
- 11:00 AM: Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run
All participants receive a long-sleeve shirt, swag bag, and race entry. To guarantee a t-shirt, register by Friday, April 4, 2025. Late registrations may not include a t-shirt. The 5K is professionally timed and open to runners and walkers of all abilities. The Kids’ Fun Run offers a 1-mile course, and each child receives a t-shirt and ribbon.
