Bought a 2026 Toyota Sienna but needed some custom changes in order to make it perfect for our needs. I was nervous about having someone tear into our brand new van, but Glenn at Creative Mobility in Xenia explained that it wouldn’t be a problem. Our technician, Kyle removed the middle row of seats and made a usable flat platform for traveling with our multiple dog crates and other hauling needs. OMG! Absolutely could not be more thrilled with how it turned out! Looks like it came from the factory like this! 100% exceeded my expectations!! They were so detailed that they even asked about our crate dimensions so that the D-ring tie downs are positioned perfectly! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Outstand service and communication

The whole process was very easy! I had the vehicle dropped off and picked up. They showed me everything I needed to know on how to use the van. Will definitely be renting from Creative Mobility again!

We rented a van for a little over two months from Creative Mobility. The van was very nice and clean. Jenn was very knowlegable, helpful and kind. You are able to contact them 24/7 with any questions or issues with the vehicle. We had no problems and it was a very positive experience.
