Because in addtion to the typical towing service you expect with roadside assistance coverage, CMGuardian AssistTM also includes wheelchair accessible transport services to ensure you, the occupants of your vehicle, and your equipment can get to a safe location.

Wheelchair Passenger Transport
You will not be left stranded if your vehicle breaks down for any reason, in any location, at any time. With CMGuardian Assist, wheelchair accessible transportation benefits are provided to occupants of a disabled vehicle. If limited or no coverage is available in your area, the provider will offer authorization and reimbursement of up to a maximum of $125 per occurrence to arrange your own mobility assistance.

If your vehicle is inoperable due to a mechanical breakdown, the provider will arrange to have your vehicle transported to the repair facility of your choosing and will pay for the associated towing expenses up to a maximum of $300 per occurrence.

Winching/Vehicle Extraction Service
If your vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow, but is accessible from a normally traveled roadway, a service provider will be dispatched to your location and will winch your vehicle. Coverage for winching is limited to a 30–minute service call. Should your service require more time, you are responsible for the additional expenses incured and will not be reimbursed. If your vehicle is inoperable after extraction, it may be towed under the terms of your towing benefits.

Flat tire? Don’t stress. CMGuardian Assist has you covered. The provider will arrange to have your flat tire replaced with your inflated spare and will pay for the service up to a maximum of $150 per occruance. If the vehicle has two or more flat tires, or it does not have an inflated spare, your vehicle can be towed in accordance with your towing benefit.

Emergency Fuel Delivery
In the event that you run out of fuel, you won’t have to worry with CMGuardian. The provider will arrange for a service provider to deliver fuel and will pay for the delivery service up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence, excluding the fluid cost. You are responsible for the cost of the emergency fluid supply, at the time of delivery.

If your vehicle’s keys are lost, broken, or accidentally locked in your vehicle, or your vehicle has a frozen lock, the provider will arrange for a service provider to unlock the vehicle and will pay for the locksmith service, up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence. The cost of a replacement key is excluded. Should one be required, you are responsible for the cost of a replacement key at the time of service.

This benefit provides for the replacement of a tire when or if the tire cannot be balanced, the tire will not hold air after repair, or the damage has affected the structural integrity of the tire. You are eligible for a maximum of 1 use per any 12 month period throughout your membership term and a maximum of $150 per occurrence limit will be allowed. You are responsible for any amounts exceeding the per occurrence limit.

If you incur an automotive deductible expense for your vehicle under your primary auto insurance policy during the term of your membership, you will be reimbursed for up to a maximum of $250. Proof of a settled auto insurance claim, paid deductible, and any receipts must be presented for reimbursement consideration.

Trip Interruption
In the event of a breakdown resulting in a covered repair of your vehicle, you will be reimbursed you for the lodging and restaurant expense incurred while your vehicle is repaired, provided you are farther than 100 miles from your primary residence. Such expenses shall be limited to $150 per day and $450 per occurrence.
