I have ALS and began looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. My wife and I worked with Robert at Creative Mobility in Madison Heights and Robert helped us make the determination on which vehicle would best fit our needs. Robert’s patience, professionalism, kindness, and understanding, helped us during this difficult life changing transition of our transportation. He went above and beyond during our many visits and conversations and we appreciate all the time he spent with us. I normally don’t leave reviews but people need to know how wonderful Creative Mobility is. I’ve rented a vehicle from them twice and each time was a great experience. If you want exceptional customer service this is your place. Let’s talk about Kelli…AMAZING! She is fabulous and takes her time explaining the vehicle and answering any questions. She has such a great personality and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I would 100% recommend Creative Mobility, the BEST!

I had outstanding customer service from Creative Mobility for the installation of hand controls in my SUV. I had a very short timeline because I needed to be able to drive within two weeks when my wife was scheduled for surgery. Jenn helped me assemble the required documents and placed the equipment order immediately taking into account the anticipated one week for delivery. The controls arrived within a week and Jenn was able to schedule installation to meet my timeframe. I arrived at 9 AM and Kyle checked my driving position before beginning the installation. I chose to wait in the very comfortable waiting room. Kyle was very efficient and completed the process in less than three hours. He then accompanied me on a test drive to Yellow Springs and back. Everything worked comfortably and perfectly. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the team, neatness of the facility, and efficiency of the process.

Jenn was amazing

They were very kind and fixed the sensor on my door at no charge to me in about five minutes when I had waited an hour and a half at Mobility works and they refused to even look at my van. I am very happy with Creative Mobility very compassionate.

I rented a wheelchair-accessible van from Creative Mobility to take my mother to a doctor’s appointment, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kelli at the Madison Heights location was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable full-day rental rate. The van was clean and ready for pickup when I arrived, making the process smooth and convenient. I plan to use Creative Mobility for my future van rental needs and would gladly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.

I haven't used it yet but going to call for today to rent ... Two people , I know personally said they are excellent and use regular and sware by them.
