ACMA Great Lakes Conference – 2023

Meet The Creative Mobility Group at the 17th Annual American Case Management Association (ACMA) Great Lakes Chapter Conference on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 taking place at the Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel in Novi, Michigan. The Case Management & Transitions of Care Conference serves as a both an educational and networking opportunity for professionals involved in case management or transitions of care. The 2023 ACMA Great Lakes Chapter Conference aims to enrich professionals working across all aspects of the care contiuum including: case managers, nurses, social workers, physician advisors, physicians, and students.
