I rented a small mobility scooter for one week. The rental process from the booking to pickup and return couldn’t be easier, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When we need assistance with mobility needs, this is hands down the place we will go every time.

This mobility van rental was a very smooth process. Jenn was prepared, thorough and helpful. The can was clean and ready to to when I arrived. This is our second Braunability Toyota we have purchased from Creative Mobility. Everyone at Creative Mobility in the Wayne office is always willing to assist in any way they can with a great attitude. We had to rent a mobility van for over two months due to an accident with our previous van. Tabitha did a great job finding us a van when there were actually none available to rent. She kept the per day charge as low as she could. We worked with Melissa in purchasing a new Braunability Toyota van. She was great to work with and did her best to get us a van as quickly as possible. Her communication skills were excellent. For service on our previous van, Steve and the service team are proficient as well as doing a great job on keeping us updated on needed repairs. Overall we have had an incredible experience and would recommend the Wayne facility to others needing mobility vehicles.

Creative Mobility Group is amazing to work with! I have rented from them several times. The process is super easy and the staff are friendly. Every time I have been shown how the van operates, and feel very comfortable each time I drive away. I know I can rely on their vans to keep myself and my loved one safe, and get us to where we need to go. It's such a blessing to know I can conveniently rent and transport my loved one by myself. CMG allows us to have the freedom to enjoy the little things again.

The rental process was very easy. The pricing is excellent. The service was awesome. Having them pick us up and drop us off to and from the airport instead of having to shuttle etc is so amazing when you are traveling with someone in a wheelchair. It was a fantastic experience. We will rent from them again!

We use Creative Mobility Group for wheelchair van rental for my husband. Kelly always helps us with our rentals. She is the best. Kelly is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond. She always makes sure that I understand how to operate everything with the doors and hooking up his chair in the van. I really appreciate her and everyone at CMG. I highly recommend them.

Tabitha communicated with me during the process of renting a vehicle and answering all my questions. She accommodated me when it came to picking up my rental which she didn't have to do & she showed me how to operate everything. Overall, I would definitely recommend utilizing them to rent a vehicle and the pricing in my opinion were affordable. Definitely will be using them again in the future!
