Your mobility consultant will take the time to get to know you — your vehicle’s make and model, your scooter or power wheelchair, your daily routines, and your physical comfort level. This conversation can take place by phone or in person at your local Creative Mobility Group. By understanding how you plan to use your vehicle and mobility device, we can recommend solutions that fit your lifestyle, maximize safety, and make transportation easier and more convenient for you.

If you do not already have a mobility scooter or power wheelchair, we can help you choose a model that fits your lifestyle and works with compatible vehicle lift solutions. The Creative Mobility Group is an authorized dealer for Pride Mobility and Golden Technologies, two of the industry’s most trusted manufacturers of mobility scooters and power wheelchairs.

Our mobility consultants will help you compare models based on your comfort, driving range, portability, and compatibility with available lift systems. For added convenience, you can also finance the purchase of your scooter or power wheelchair together with your lift, making it easier to get the complete mobility solution you need.

Based on your vehicle, mobility device, and preferences, your consultant will determine which scooter stowage lifts are compatible. We’ll walk you through the benefits, features, lift capacities, installation requirements, and pricing of each option.

With clear guidance and recommendations from you mobility consultant, you select the lift that best fits your needs, vehicle, and budget.

If desired, we’ll review available financing options to help make your mobility solution more affordable with flexible payment plans.

We schedule installation at your nearest Creative Mobility Group location. If transporting your vehicle and scooter is difficult, we can arrange vehicle pickup and delivery for your convenience.

Your lift is installed by a manufacturer-trained technician who is certified under the NMEDA Quality Assurance Program (QAP), ensuring safe and compliant installation.

Once installation is complete, we’ll personally walk you through how to properly operate your lift, make any necessary adjustments for optimal performance, and clearly demonstrate how to use the manual override system in the event of an emergency. We won’t send you home until you feel fully comfortable and confident using every feature.

We’ll review routine maintenance recommendations to help keep your lift operating safely and reliably for years to come. As with all mobility equipment purchased from The Creative Mobility Group, your first preventative maintenance appointment is complimentary — and we’ll schedule it for you before you leave.

For added peace of mind, we’ll also register your warranty directly with the equipment manufacturer on your behalf. If your scooter stowage lift qualifies for reimbursement through your vehicle manufacturer’s mobility rebate program, our team will help you complete and submit the necessary paperwork so you can receive your reimbursement as easily as possible.

I had outstanding customer service from Creative Mobility for the installation of hand controls in my SUV. I had a very short timeline because I needed to be able to drive within two weeks when my wife was scheduled for surgery. Jenn helped me assemble the required documents and placed the equipment order immediately taking into account the anticipated one week for delivery. The controls arrived within a week and Jenn was able to schedule installation to meet my timeframe. I arrived at 9 AM and Kyle checked my driving position before beginning the installation. I chose to wait in the very comfortable waiting room. Kyle was very efficient and completed the process in less than three hours. He then accompanied me on a test drive to Yellow Springs and back. Everything worked comfortably and perfectly. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the team, neatness of the facility, and efficiency of the process.
