She emailed us vans that fit our criteria and always answered any questions about them. When we decided on the one, the financing was simple and signing the documents was easy. My dad and I decided to go to Greenfield village at the last minute, and he cannot walk for long periods of time, and he is on oxygen, so I ended up calling creative mobility group the day before, and Margaret was so helpful and so cheerful and just a breath of fresh air, she already had my intake going before I even called to confirm, and the next day when I picked up the scooter the lady there was also in high spirits as well, and just very nice and friendly, overall a great experience, as well as a lifesaver, my dad and I had a great time

Thank you for the outstanding service and support during my recent rental experience. I rented a wheelchair-accessible van to assist two individuals over the weekend, one using a motorized wheelchair and the other a manual wheelchair. The van was easy to operate, ran smoothly, and connecting the securement hooks for both wheelchair types was much simpler than I anticipated.

Both passengers commented on how comfortable and pleasant their rides were, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the quality and reliability of your vehicle and service. I would absolutely rent from Accessible Rentals by CMG again and highly recommend your services to others seeking accessible transportation.

Whew we!!!! The staff at Creative Mobility are some real MVP’s. I usually work with Margret, who by all means is the most helpful and sincere person that I’ve dealt with at a business EVER. This time around, I had an opportunity to meet Dave. He too was nice, even agreed to wait on me after closing, because I was running late. Well, I got to Dave at 4:59 one minute before closing. When I walked in the door, he said “hey you’re not supposed to be here yet.” When Dave and I walked outside, I just had to ask, “who owns this place?” I wanted to know if they received any special training, so that I could get my employees the same training. No special training, just a blessed businessman, that was able to hire some real special people, that care about their customers.

We recently purchased a van from Creative Mobility Group. We could not be happier with the service we received from Melissa! She is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions you might have very quickly. We are from out of state so it was a little more difficult to purchase the van but Melissa made it easy. She is extricated. She was ill one day at home but still answered an email I sent her. Our son drove to pick up the van. Melissa emailed me the next day to make sure he made it home safely as it’s a 5.5 hr drive each way. Thank you Melissa!
