Wheelchair Accessible Toyota Sienna Conversions

We are currently able to convert the Toyota Sienna for model years 2021-2023. However, each conversion manufacturer has specific requirements that may exclude a model from being compatible for conversion or may require additional charges. Additionally, the vehicle must meet all the conversion manufacturer’s condition specifications, including:

  • Mileage must be under 50,000
  • Vehicle must be in sound condition
  • Vehicle must never have been involved in an accident

All vehicles are inspected and subject to acceptance/rejection upon arrival at the conversion manufacturer’s plant.

A OEM tow package may be installed after conversion at a local Toyota dealer for the following BraunAbility wheelchair accessible Toyota Sienna conversions:

If your vehicle is equipped with an OEM factory-installed trailer tow bumper package, refer to the OEM manual for towing guidelines and precautions. Be sure to comply with critical weight limits before towing.

Aftermarket trailer tow packages are prohibited on all BraunAbility and VMI Toyota Sienna conversions. Additionally, BraunAbility does not suggest the installation of a tow package on 2015-2020 Toyota Sienna model years.

No, a BraunAbility or VMI conversion does not void the Toyota warranty. New Toyota Siennas converted for wheelchair access are warranted under the same terms and conditions as Toyota's New Vehicle Limited Warranty; conversion-related modifications are warranted by the conversion manufacturer and serviced by The Creative Mobility Group.

All new Toyota Siennas also comes standard with Toyota Care, the complimentary car maintenance plan that includes 24-hour roadside assistance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. New Siennas converted for wheelchair access also qualify for Toyota Mobility Assistance.
