How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?
It is recommended that you make your reservations at least two weeks in advance. The summer months and holidays are the busiest times of the year so it is best to call as early as possible.
What is the deposit amount?
Deposits are $100 for 1 to 6 day reservations, $300 for 7 to 29 day reservations, and $500 for 30+ day reservations.
Are rental deposits refundable?
Yes, deposits are refundable if a timely cancellation is received. At least one week’s notice is necessary for a full refund; 3 to 6 day’s notice is 50% refundable; less than 3 day’s notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.
What kind of vans do you rent?
Our most popular van is a wheelchair accessible minivan with power sliding doors and a power side-entry ramp. We also offer rear entry minivans, full-sized vans, and vans outfitted with adaptive equipment for drivers (e.g., hand controls, driver transfer seat).
If I rent a van from Accessible Rentals by CMG, is someone else allowed to drive it?
Yes, someone else is permitted to drive the van as long as he or she is over the age of 23 and a copy of a valid driver’s license is on file.
Can I rent a van for one or two days in order to help make a purchase decision?
Absolutely! The Weekend Special is a great way to evaluate if a van purchase is right for you or your family. In many instances, your full rental charge will then be credited towards your purchase.
If I am arriving at the airport or can’t get to my nearest CMG location, are you able to deliver?
Yes, we provide delivery of vans, though additional charges often times apply. Please notify your Rental Coordinator at the time of making your reservation to confirm scheduling and pricing.
