We are approximately 1 mile from US 131 Exit 75 (76th Street Exit). We are on the east side of Clyde Park Avenue SW accross from SpartanNash Distribution Center. If you are not able to get to our location to pick up your wheelchair rental, we can deliver4 the wheelchair to you. Please ask your Rental Coordinator for pricing and availability.

Renting a Wheelchair
At The Creative Mobility Group – Grand Rapids in Byron Center, MI, we make renting a wheelchair simple. To get started, you can request your wheelchair rental online or call 616-583-9730 to speak with a Rental Coordinator. Once you are connected with a Rental Coordinator, we will confirm your reservation and verify that the wheelchair will meet your needs and expectations. If you’re not able to get to our location, your Rental Coordinator can also arrange to have your wheelchair rental delivered to you.
Whether you choose to pick up your wheelchair rental or have it delivered to you, we will provide you with thorough training on how to properly operate and transport the wheelchair.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
When booking your wheelchair rental, ask your Rental Coordinator for details and pricing about our convenient delivery and pickup service. Please note, delivery and pickup service requires advance notice of 3 business days and is subject to availability and additional charges.

ACCESSIBLE VANSRESERVATION CHECKLIST
If you're ready to book a wheelchair rental, you can request a reservation online or call 888-998-4264 to speak with a Rental Coordinator. Be sure to have the following information available to help expedite the reservation process:
- Driver's license
- Flight information if applicable
- Debit or credit card to hold the reservation (no deposit required)
- Special requests or accommodations
After your wheelchair rental reservation has been confirmed, your driver's license can be emailed to rentals@creativemobilitygroup.com.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY
When booking your wheelchair rental, you will need to provide a credit card or debit card in order to secure the reservation. However, no deposit will be charged.
24 hours prior to the start of your reservation, we will process a payment for your amount due using the payment method provided at the time of booking. If a debit card has been provided for payment, an additional $200 security deposit will be authorized during the rental period. If a credit card has been provided for payment, an additional $100 security deposit will be authorized during the rental period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is provided if a 24-hour advance notice is provided. For any notice under 24 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

- Listed rates for wheelchair rentals are based on pickup and return at same CMG location within 24 hours from time of the scheduled reservation. Rates do not include 6% state use tax and delivery/pickup fees when applicable.Rate will be provided before a reservation is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for optional accessories. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was issued or fees will apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- To qualify for “Weekend Speical” wheelchair rental, reservation must begin after 2pm on Friday and end before 9am on Monday.
- Estimated operating range assuming user weight of 200 lbs. Range will very based on user weight and terrain.
- Delivery and pickup service for a wheelchair rental requires advance notice of 3 business days and is subject to availability and additional charges.
