Wheelchair Van Dealership in Madison Heights, Michigan
Metro Detroit - East

It was my first visit to Creative Mobility and Kelli at the front desk was very courteous and professional. In addition, she was very knowledgeable and respectfully answered all my questions. I had a very positive experience.

I have ALS and began looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. My wife and I worked with Robert at Creative Mobility in Madison Heights and Robert helped us make the determination on which vehicle would best fit our needs. Robert’s patience, professionalism, kindness, and understanding, helped us during this difficult life changing transition of our transportation. He went above and beyond during our many visits and conversations and we appreciate all the time he spent with us. All of the staff at Creative Mobility were exceptional and we would highly recommend them. John & Karen Patrick

I normally don’t leave reviews but people need to know how wonderful Creative Mobility is. I’ve rented a vehicle from them twice and each time was a great experience. If you want exceptional customer service this is your place. Let’s talk about Kelli…AMAZING! She is fabulous and takes her time explaining the vehicle and answering any questions. She has such a great personality and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I would 100% recommend Creative Mobility, the BEST!

Kelly is just wonderful and helpful! Love her!!!!

Had a really good experience. Robert (and team) had my best interests at heart. I appreciated all the help.

I rented a wheelchair-accessible van from Creative Mobility to take my mother to a doctor’s appointment, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kelli at the Madison Heights location was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable full-day rental rate. The van was clean and ready for pickup when I arrived, making the process smooth and convenient. I plan to use Creative Mobility for my future van rental needs and would gladly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.

My husband Dave found this mobility group online. It was the best thing that happened for us. We needed a mobility van and we had never had one before. Robert Melly was our consultant and believe me he worked hard on this sale. He was great answered all our questions and is still helping us. Our van arrived today and it's a big change driving and figuring out all the gadgets but Robert has been there every step. If he doesn't know he talks to an expert that does know. We are happy from my husband finding the vehicle to it being delivered. It was a very easy experience for us as senior citizens and that's important. We will return to this business if we need anything in the future and we will definitely recommend them to anyone we know. 5 🌟 I give them and more.

I was referred through a customer of yours. I just so happen to work for her. I had the pleasure of speaking to Keli. She was willing to go the extra length to help us reserve a van for a wedding in our family.. I was truly amazed at how much time she gave me to explain the cost . Also, the suggestions on how to save money. She is truly an asset to your company and I would be more than willing to refer you guys out without hesitation. Thank you again Keli for all your help.. You are amazing.

Kelli was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this company for any rental needs you may have; personal or commercial. Thank you Kelli!

We use Creative Mobility Group for wheelchair van rental for my husband. Kelly always helps us with our rentals. She is the best. Kelly is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond. She always makes sure that I understand how to operate everything with the doors and hooking up his chair in the van. I really appreciate her and everyone at CMG. I highly recommend them.

My search for a mobility vehicle had me feeling completely overwhelmed, exhausted, and losing hope with each vehicle I looked at. New conversations were completely out of my price range and the used ones I was being shown were not gonna work for me at all….rust, torn seats, deep scratches and dents…. I know I was looking at used, but I still didn’t want “used up”. Then I made a call to Creative Mobility Group’s Madison Heights location and my life changed. ROBERT MELLY in sales took the time to not only listen to me, but to really hear me! He quickly understood what I was looking for and took the time to discuss a couple vans I was looking at. He wasn’t in a hurry to pressure me into buying something I needed, he discussed with me options so I could buy something I also wanted. There’s a difference, and Robert knows it. The next day my brother and I made the hour trip to Madison Heights. When I first entered the Creative Mobility Group’s Madison Heights location I was greeted by Kelly who also serves as the rental coordinator; she’s so friendly and efficient. She made renting a vehicle SO easy for me. (I had to rent a vehicle for a couple days so I could sell my current vehicle in order to purchase the mobility van.) Next I noticed how clean and inviting the showroom was. For me, seeing a clean and inviting showroom mattered. I’ve never bought a conversation van before and am used to the big, flashy dealerships loaded with shiny new cars inside…this showroom gave me that feeling and it mattered. After that, I met ROBERT MELLY and instantly felt like family. He went above and beyond to help me. He paid attention to the little things, the small details that make such big difference. He not only took time with me, but more importantly, with my brother who is the one the mobility van is for. Robert made sure both my brother and I were completely comfortable with the purchase and with the vehicle. If you’re in need of a mobility vehicle, you need to make the trip to Creative Mobility Group in Madison Heights and see Kelly and Robert…you won’t be sorry! Tell them, Krissy said, “Hi.”

I’ve used Creative Mobility several times for my mom. They are phenomenal. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Robert was great to work with - He was knowledgeable, professional and supportive while making me feel confident that they could get the job done right - and they sure did. Larry was super helpful and patient during the installation and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted, done perfectly. Great place & Highly recommend!
