My search for a mobility vehicle had me feeling completely overwhelmed, exhausted, and losing hope with each vehicle I looked at. New conversations were completely out of my price range and the used ones I was being shown were not gonna work for me at all….rust, torn seats, deep scratches and dents…. I know I was looking at used, but I still didn’t want “used up”. Then I made a call to Creative Mobility Group’s Madison Heights location and my life changed. ROBERT MELLY in sales took the time to not only listen to me, but to really hear me! He quickly understood what I was looking for and took the time to discuss a couple vans I was looking at. He wasn’t in a hurry to pressure me into buying something I needed, he discussed with me options so I could buy something I also wanted. There’s a difference, and Robert knows it. The next day my brother and I made the hour trip to Madison Heights. When I first entered the Creative Mobility Group’s Madison Heights location I was greeted by Kelly who also serves as the rental coordinator; she’s so friendly and efficient. She made renting a vehicle SO easy for me. (I had to rent a vehicle for a couple days so I could sell my current vehicle in order to purchase the mobility van.) Next I noticed how clean and inviting the showroom was. For me, seeing a clean and inviting showroom mattered. I’ve never bought a conversation van before and am used to the big, flashy dealerships loaded with shiny new cars inside…this showroom gave me that feeling and it mattered. After that, I met ROBERT MELLY and instantly felt like family. He went above and beyond to help me. He paid attention to the little things, the small details that make such big difference. He not only took time with me, but more importantly, with my brother who is the one the mobility van is for. Robert made sure both my brother and I were completely comfortable with the purchase and with the vehicle. If you’re in need of a mobility vehicle, you need to make the trip to Creative Mobility Group in Madison Heights and see Kelly and Robert…you won’t be sorry! Tell them, Krissy said, “Hi.”
